45, 5 c-sections, 60 lb weight loss, steady weight for nearly year, heavy at 200/5'4 but comfortable with weight (curvy) and work out 4 times a week with cardio and weights etc. Dr. Recommends ETT with 10 areas of Lipo (back, upper abdomen, flanks etc). He says between skin removal and fat lipo, will lose 10-15 lbs. Is this too much Lipo and if so, what areas minimum should I get just to complement the ETT? And afterwards, what compression garments should I wear and how long? Thanks for info!
