Are Bai coconut waters ok to drink 2 weeks prior to surgery?

Hello I'm having surgery TT w/ MR on 4/19. My doctors orders state no Vitamin E. I eat a Keto diet and drink Bai Coconut waters to keep my electrolytes in check to avoid headaches amongst other symptoms. I am 1 week out before surgery and realized that they have 10% daily allotment of Vitamin E. Did I mess myself up? I drink 1-2 a day. Each bottle has 2 servings, so on days I drink 2 that would be 40% of my DRV. Should I stop drinking them?

Thank you for your question.  I recommend you contact your surgeon to discuss your pre and postoperative restrictions, including dietary restrictions.  Every doctor has their own beliefs and protocols.
