Will 215cc silicone moderate plus implants give me a natural look and some fullness? (Photo)

I'm also getting a breast lift as well. I'm 5'2" tall and 115 pounds. I'm currently a 34b and would like to be a full C cup or small D cup. My preference is to look as a natural possible. I'm not concerned with upper pole fullness or cleavage but simply want my nipples in a higher position and for my breasts to not look deflated. I've seen 300cc in my girlfriends and they look larger than I want. The max I want to go is 250cc is it possible to fill out my deflated breasts with smaller implants?

It seems to me by your picture that you will also need a lift with the implants.  It is not really fair to assess the implant size based on someone else's implant size and results UNLESS they had the exact same breast size, back size, quality and type od skin, muscle thickness, degree of droopiness among many other factors .  Only then can you compare their results at a give size implant vs you.  You say that you are a 34B and want to be a full C or small D.  This might be ok with 225- 250 but again I would need to evaluate you in person to get a better idea of what you would need,

Sometimes a breast implant can camouflage ptosis. In your particular case I doubt that a small implant is going to do this. You probably are looking at a mastopexy.

Hello! Thank you for your question!  The mastopexy procedure raises the breast, which ultimately provides a more youthful and perky breasts. This is done by removing the extra loose skin and rearranging the surrounding breast tissue in order to reshape and support the newly formed breast. At the same time, the nipple-areolar complex (NAC) is raised to the ideal position above the fold beneath your breast (the inframammary fold) as well as being placed at the most projecting portion. Oftentimes with age or following pregnancy, the NAC becomes widened and enlarged. This may be reduced in size during the breast lift procedure. It is common for the breast to lose its firmness and uplifted appearance over time, which is also accentuated with age, pregnancy/breast feeding, weight gain/loss, and gravity. This results in breast ptosis, or sagging of the breast, with a “deflated” appearance. Women seek the mastopexy procedure to regain the previous youthful appearance of her breasts and women report increased confidence, self-esteem, and femininity once achieving this desired shape and fullness. Breast lifts may or may not be performed with implants – the implant would add increased size but also greater fullness in the upper pole of the breasts which creates more cleavage.  I would hope with this method that your expectations would be achieved.  Hope that this helps!

I agree that a breast lift is an excellent option for you, as it will help elevate your remaining breast tissue onto your chest, allows for removal of any extra skin, and repositions your nipple into a more youthful position.  As far as an implant, it can restore lost volume and can make your breast larger, but size recommendations would need to be determined with an in-person examination where a few key measurements can be taken. Thank you for your question.   I would primarily recommend a breast lift to help correct the sagging of your breast and size/shape asymmetry.   If this is not corrected, the placement of implants will only worsen your asymmetry and sagging.  In order to make an accurate size recommendation, I would need to assess
 your chest wall and breast mound measurements and characteristics.  
Unfortunately, there is not a general rule of thumb or objective 
criteria to implant selection.
	Your plastic surgeon will perform several measurements of your chest 
wall and breast anatomy and determine a range of implants that both fit 
your chest wall and reach your desired goals.
	The next step is to try on this range of implants in the office with 
your doctor.  The key to this success is showing your surgeon the body 
proportion you desire with a bra sizer and allowing your surgeon to 
guide you to the right implant.  It will be much easier to communicate 
in implant cc's than cup size when determining the appropriate implant 
for you.

From the photos you provided you seem to have a good size breast. You will need a lift to improve the position of the nipple and make the breasts rounder. As for the implant size, you may be happy with 250 cc, however I would advise you to try implant sizers in a bra to make sure. You can also try a 3D camera simulation however this doesn't look as good when a lift is needed. You may also need a bigger implant on the right to even out the difference in breast size. It is very difficult to be precise without a full examination but your goals for surgery seem reasonable and the implant you suggest does not sound like it is excessive for your frame. Without a full set of images and measurements esp. of breast width and assessing the quality of your skin envelope it is hard to say much more.
