I'm also getting a breast lift as well. I'm 5'2" tall and 115 pounds. I'm currently a 34b and would like to be a full C cup or small D cup. My preference is to look as a natural possible. I'm not concerned with upper pole fullness or cleavage but simply want my nipples in a higher position and for my breasts to not look deflated. I've seen 300cc in my girlfriends and they look larger than I want. The max I want to go is 250cc is it possible to fill out my deflated breasts with smaller implants?

Answer: Will 215cc silicone moderate plus implants give me a natural look and some fullness? Thank you for your question and photograph. I agree that a breast lift is an excellent option for you, as it will help elevate your remaining breast tissue onto your chest, allows for removal of any extra skin, and repositions your nipple into a more youthful position. As far as an implant, it can restore lost volume and can make your breast larger, but size recommendations would need to be determined with an in-person examination where a few key measurements can be taken.
