Is it possible to resume heavy weight training after breasts have healed from breast implant surgery?

momo12345678
I am having a BA done soon, and was wondering if deadlifts, squats and chest presses are ok once my breasts have healed. I am having saline placed under the muscle. I have built up to a good amount of weight (190lbs on deadlifts, 200 lbs on squats) but only do this a couple times a week with a trainer for fun, I am not a weight lift competitor or anything. I was just hoping that I didn't have to give up these specific exercises once I had my Ba. How long should I wait to lift heavy again? Thank you!
