I recently had the pleasure of undergoing360 blepharoplasty with Dr. Elghoul, and I can honestly say it was the best decision I have ever made regarding my beauty and appearance improvement.From the moment I walked into his office, I felt welcomed and at ease. I can’t say enough nice things about Dr Alghoul and his staff. I’ve been seeing him over a year and value his opinion and expertise. My eye area is something that has continuously bothered me over the years and I have felt that previous doctors/nurses have made the sppearance worse instead of better. Dr Alghoul is a true artist that treats in a more conservative and natural manner. I’ve had Botox and dermal filler done by him and highly recommend to anyone looking to improve their appearance without looking altered. He also takes his time during the consult and procedure and I’ve never been made to feel rushed.

Dr. Alghoul's work is beautiful! My first thought seeing the new breast Dr. Alghoul had created using my belly tissue. Later I had a chance to appreciate full effect of the Diep surgery. Beautiful from top to bottom. I waited few years and did a ton of research before making my decision. Best decision ever! I am truly grateful to Dr. Alghoul for his wonderful care and beautiful results.

I had a mastectomy in January and I did not want to go without a breast. I opted for a right breast implant with a left breast uplift and implant. The surgeries were successful. I look centered once again. Without the aforementioned procedure it looked as if I was not centered. My posture was all off; however the surgery corrected this appearance. Dr. Mohammed Alghoul is an amazing surgeon. I have suffered for 4-5 years with severe lightning bolt head pain in the back and side of my head. I would ice my head for hours a day and was on several medications which barely helped the pain. I have seen several doctors and no one could figure out what was the issue. I tried everything and nothing helped long term. Finally, after meeting with doctors at Northwestern, I was referred to Dr. Alghoul. It was confirmed that I had Occipital Nuerolgia. My occipital nerves were going crazy and shooting horrific pain in my head. Dr Alghoul is one of the few surgeons trained to remove the Occipital nerves. He was truly amazing and extremely professional. He took his time in our pre surgical meetings to explain the surgery. He was patient and very well educated on the issue. After seeing over 15 other doctors for this issue, Dr. Alghoul was the only one who knew how to handle my case and diagnosed it as Occipital Nuerolgia. I am thrilled to say the surgery has been a huge success. He Is an extremely skilled and meticulous surgeon. He changed my life. After the surgery he met with me several times to make sure I was okay and out of the woods as he would say. I can now run and chase my kids. I can do anything my kids want to do. I haven't grabbed an ice pack since the surgery. I am off almost all my medications and best of all, I am happier than I have been in years. Dr. Mohammed Alghoul is an amazing surgeon who changed my life!

I previously had two eyelid surgeries and I was not pleased with the symmetry . I also had to continue to use my forehead to lift my brows for clearer vision. I am so grateful that I no longer experience the discomfort as well as my appearance. I initially was fearful to have another procedure performed.my two previous procedures were performed by Northwestern and Loyola affiliated Physicians. Now do I really understand the major benefit in obtaining care from the Best in the field.

This past March I had breast augmentation surgery with Dr. Alghoul. After having a baby and nursing a year ago, my breast were just not the same. I was contemplating on having it done because I wasn't sure as I can be a very indecisive person. I would go back and forth, I guess the whole surgery feel scared me. I was referred by my cousin who knew of Dr. Alghoul's work so I decided to go meet with him. I was very adamant to Dr. Alghoul that I just wanted full, perky breast where it wasn't so noticeable. Meeting with him really made me feel good about going through with it, especially after the amazing 3D pictures that were taken of how my new breast would look. I have to admit, I am so glad that I had the surgery, he gave me exactly what I wanted. He really listened to me and really cared about how I wanted to look. He was very informative and took his time at my consultations. The day of my surgery he stopped in and consulted with me one last time before being prepped for surgery. A day after surgery I was one of the unlucky people whose body didn't react well to the antibiotics, but Dr. Alghoul and his team took care of it very quickly, it was great how responsive he and his team were when I notified them of my allergic reaction. It's been almost four months after the surgery and I love my new look, I don't regret I did this for one second. Dr. Alghoul, hands down is truly great. If you are thinking about having breast augmentation, I totally recommend it, especially with Dr. Alghoul.

Dr. Mohammed Algoul and his work, his eye and his touch are nothing short of extraordinary. I relocated to Chicago from New York City, where I was a patient of one of the most highly regarded plastic surgeons. The anxiety of finding someone just as excellent here existed. But I did my research extremely carefully for Chicago and chose Dr. Algoul.

I have always consistently been told I look at least 10 years younger than my real age. I am told that by everyone. I wanted to maintain this and a physician who would move through life with me, in my new but permanent city. There are so many cases and faces just walking down the street where it’s much too obvious, simply not good and/or the procedures actually age the woman. After a whole lot of digging for re-assurance, I found Dr. Algoul. His work is head and shoulders above any plastic surgeon with whom I’ve ever dealt. I don’t mind sharing here and with friends, so now six of my friends are now his patients, including from the city, from the suburbs, one from Puerto Rico and from Boston, who fly in and will only see Dr. Algoul for everything from Botox, filler, breast augmentation, an eye lift, and other procedures. I see him for filler and botox.

With his artistic eye for beauty, he has maintained our youth, our figure, and a rested terrific look, but with such a natural touch. My friends who have switched say he is the best. No one would ever know I have work done. He is so talented. I once saw an ear that he literally constructed from scratch out of a rib for someone who was missing an ear. You would not know it wasn’t the person’s original ear! I am also using a lot less product than I did in NYC and look even better. I believe it’s his eye and technique.

Dr. Algoul is always so lovely, gentle, pleasant and caring, and a man with a lot of integrity. Most of all, he listens extremely carefully and is a partner at achieving the best and right results based on what we desire. He is passionate about his work and works very hard. He always spends a very good amount of time with me and my friends. The office visits are always so relaxing and just easy. I always feel I’m the center of the office’s attention when I’m in there. His staff are so helpful, thoughtful, informative and supportive. Margeaux is his assistant -- awesome and so accommodating as is the incredible nurse who is in the room to assist.

Bottom line, I am SOOO happy to feel great each and every day because I have such confidence and ease knowing I have the best and right plastic surgeon who gives me my youth back. It’s uplifting and he is uplifting with consistent, natural, extraordinary results. Life is good when you feel good and confident. Thank you so sincerely much, Dr. Algoul!!!

I truly couldn't be happier with my experience with Dr Alghoul. Dr Alghoul is a fantastic surgeon. He is not only technically skilled as a surgeon, but he knows how to communicate effectively and compassionately with patients.

Dr Alghoul has a great reputation and could probably get by on that alone. But unlike other surgeons who arrogantly expect you to trust whatever they say and get annoyed with questions, Dr Alghoul worked to earn my trust and respect. That's the best thing I can say about him.

Dr Alghoul spent a lot of time with me in our consultation. He carefully explained the procedure but more importantly, he explained how he would adapt it to my specific anatomy. He took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. He showed me before/after photos of his own work. He walked through what to expect after the surgery and when I would see results. His staff was efficient and friendly.

I am incredibly happy with the results of my procedure. I was focused on concerns about under eye bags, but Dr Alghoul showed me how that interacted with other facial anatomy to give an overall look of aging. He devised a surgical plan specific to my needs and anatomy, combining lower bleph with fat transfer. The results are amazing and I'm not even fully healed yet. The surgery achieved far more than I expected in my wildest dreams. My mom and sister are so impressed with the results they are already talking about flying in to see Dr Alghoul!

I have complete faith in his capability as a surgeon, and he is incredibly nice to work with -- what more could you ask for!

I found him through my friend Juana Shin, the Medical Aesthetician at Northwestern Plastic Surgery. I went to see him for Lip fillers at the end of May. Words cannot express the gratitude I feel in my heart for the kindness, compassion and generosity of Dr Alghoul and his team. I was super nervous during the procedure as I am very afraid of needles, and he had to stop several times. He displayed extreme patience, awareness and consideration of my fears and expectations. His nurse Samantha was there the entire time with ice packs and everything ready to make my experience as comfortable as possible. I had minimal bruising and recovered in a few days.
I absolutely love my lips and receive so many compliments! I am so grateful to have found such a great artist!
