Silver dress are two years later cant see the difference much but noticeable with different wardrobes and naked. Also smaller boobs leans to side versus fluffed up like bigger breast

Seems you can’t win using different size implants so I rarely do it. I can tell whether the difference is size or shape but a revision is reasonable

breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals.

If this difference bothers you, then go have a revision. I do not recommend enlarging the larger breast.
