8 months ago i had revision breast augmentation under the muscle using galaflex. several years ago i had my breast implants removed due to grade iv cc bilaterally. Now this time, the implants are high and firm and have been since day 1. They have not dropped at all so it looks similar to how it looked when there was cap con. To me, it seems that either the galaflex is holding up the implants and/or the pocket was underdissected, trapping them both exactly where they were placed. Any advice?

Your implants are too large for your frame. You need to go smaller, like 400 cc's, so the pocket does not stretch from the weight of the heavy implant.
It is way too soon to repeat surgery now. You need to give your tissue time to heal. Part of the problem is that your implants are too large and heavy. You would do better going smaller. Even if tightened, the weight will stretch your tissue out again.
