Will there be less swelling as opposed to general anesthesia? I am getting local anesthesia rhinoplasty this summer and I was wondering how long my face would be swollen? Like the under eyes and such.

There is not much that is wrong with your nose, but I agree that alar base narrowing, slight tip refinement, and minimal dorsal reduction can improve the overall appearance of your nose and improve facial harmony. Consult with an experienced rhinoplasty surgeon.
