My surgeon told me that it was okay to resume full activity after two weeks of my surgery. I've decided to be a little conservative and take things a little slow for the first 4 weeks. When lifting heavy weights everyone's facial muscles are used when they're making the "workout face". I just want to know if the constant facial straining and facial movement while working out can affect the result of my rhinoplasy?

Hi. At 7 weeks it is too late to push the fractured nasal bones back into place. If you are not worried about the look of the rest of your nose then you can just have the nasal bones reset (osteotomy). Otherwise you would need a formal rhinoplasty any time from 4 months after the fracture....
