Hi. At 7 weeks it is too late to push the fractured nasal bones back into place. If you are not worried about the look of the rest of your nose then you can just have the nasal bones reset (osteotomy). Otherwise you would need a formal rhinoplasty any time from 4 months after the fracture. Regards. Damien
A rhinoplasty procedure can accomplish straightening the crooked nose. To accomplish straightening the crooked nose requires osteotomies placed in the nasal bones to reset the nasal fracture and make the nose straight. A spreader graft composed of the patient's own cartilage is also placed underneath the concave upper lateral cartilage in the midportion of the nose. For many examples of crooked nose repair in our practice, please see the link and the video below
Within 2-3 weeks from the injury if the bones are deformed then they can be pushed back into place. After that window the bones have usually already healed. Generally then only a formal rhinoplasty can reshape and straighten the nose. Please consult in person for a formal examination of your nasal deformity. Good luck and hope this helps!!
Don't try to "fix" your nose. See your surgeon so he can evaluate the damage caused by the injury.

Thank you for your question.Ice may reduce the initial swelling, but using it or not using it probably doesn't affect the final result at all. Best of luck!
Best to check with your plastic surgeon for an examination. Could be from the surgery and may be a cyst.
