Dear medalla69,Thank you for your question. I recommend you seek an in-person evaluation with your surgeon to best address your concerns, as it is difficult to perform a thorough evaluation based on photographs alone. Swelling and bruising can be expected to occur in the area that was treated, but is more concerning if it extends past the area of treatment like to the chest as your describe.
appears as very normal immediate reaction to the solution injected. This will last 2 to 3 weeks.. Sometimes I offer oral steroid pills. Iced compression and anti inflammatory pills. Call your injecting MD today to be seen...
Anytime a procedure is done on the neck involving a needle there is a chance for bruising, and it most often gravitates downward to the collar bone. What you are experiencing is certainly more bruising in a wider area than usual, but it will resolve over a couple of weeks. If you're set for another treatment in the future it may be advisable to use less Kybella in a more restricted area. For now realize that more inflammation will likely translate into more tightening over time.
HelloSorry to hear about your experience.Although it is possible It is quite unusual after Kybella injections to see bruises so extensively. The best to contact your physician and ask for advice,Hope the Best -- Dr Ray

"Injecting soft fillers like Belotero in this area can reduce lines, wrinkles and folds as well as improve skin texture with long-term collagen production. Fillers are being used more frequently to contour and lift rather than solely line fill. Of course, fillers are best used in combination...
I believe this will be fine as long as you do not skip any doses of antibiotics. However, you should mention this to the physician before moving forward. Best wishes, Dr. ALDO
Every person’s body responds slightly differently to Kybella or any other treatment. Generally, most people are only swollen for a couple of days. The most I’ve seen in my practice is about 2 weeks. If you are still significantly swollen, it may be because of the amount used. I don’t like to gi...
Kybella can be used to dissolve fat away from it's FDA approved 'zone' in the submental area just like botox can be used on areas such as the neck or upper lip lines. However, be mindful of the anatomy in any particular area where Kybella would be placed. The area in the midface/cheek area e...
