The pain is well managed with oral pain meds, and I would not let this issue deter you.Kenneth Hughes, MDBeverly Hills, CA
Post op pain is subjective issue. I always recommend pain meds for as long as you need.................
Great question! There are two parts to a BBL. First liposuction of the back and flanks, the second transferring the fat to the buttocks area. The liposuction portion, in which I use the VASER is minimally painful, especially compared to the fat transfer. The fat transfer portion of the procedure tends to b more painful because of the transfer to the muscle part of the procedure, which isn't always done in all cases. I suggest asking how your surgeon performs the fat transfer part of the BBL and also ask if he or she is using traditional liposuction vs. say Smartlipo or VASER, the later to be less painful types of liposuction.
Thank you for your question about the Brazilian Butt Lift. The Brazilian Butt Lift can be performed with a minimally-invasive fat grafting technique. Although the fat grafting technique is less invasive than buttock augmentation with implants, some discomfort should be expected after the procedure, which will vary from patient to patient. This discomfort may be managed by prescription or over-the-counter medications as necessary and as by your surgeon. Best wishes!
I would get the procedure when you have the time to recover.Kenneth Hughes, MDBeverly Hills, CA......

Well I am sorry that you are having troubles. If your Dr in Florida won't return your calls or can't be reached, then I suggest that you go see a PS in the area where you live. This may be an infection that is starting to brew and you don't want to mess around with that. Good luck!
Hi.. thank you for the question and photos... Generally after these types of procedures, takes several weeks for you to feel comfortable again when doing some exercise, and remember that loosing weight can change your BBL results.
The dent beneath the "sag" is a very deep attachment to the ischial tuberosities (bony prominencies of pelvis) and that appears first, because of genetics and then because of the combination of aging and volume added. If you wouldn't have the genetic for it, you most likely wouldn't...
Your body frame is wider on the upper half and narrow in the lower half, and the photos of your goal are the opposite, it is unrealistic to expect a result like those photos as the surgery cannot make the hip bone much wider or reduce the size of the rib cage. You can expect a better balance on...
