What is this sag/deformity at the bottom of my butt, and what procedure can fix it? (photos)

I had a BBL a year ago. I never had sag, before. I would it to "curve up at the bottom." Like the wish pic I've attached. Will another BBL by a surgeon who does BBLs often be able to fix it? What exact procedure will? I don't know who to go to, or what to schedule I also would like to get the whole shape fixed more. It's square. And the top where the fat was injected and a shelf was formed, is not blended and looks like implants. Can this all be fixed too? And with what procedure? Thank you.
