breasts for medical or cosmetic reasons. This procedure results in a smaller
but more lifted and youthful looking breast. Patients often seek out breast
reduction because of upper back pain or because they do not like the look of
their breasts after weight loss or breast feeding. Insurance companies will
sometimes pay for a breast reduction, however, it can be difficult to get
approved. A breast lift is similar to a breast reduction in execution;
however, breast tissue is rarely removed. In a breast lift, therefore, the overall volume
of the breast is maintained. An abdominoplasty is a cosmetic procedure often performed
to remove excess skin and fat from the belly and to tighten the underlying
muscle. The combination of a breast procedure with an abdominoplasty (and
