Board certification related and revision rhino! (Photo)

Hi, I have two questions...first one is the surgeon that I am considering is a member of the ASPS, and Board Certified in Mexico (that is where the surgeon is from) Can he be a member of the ASPS with his Mexican board certification? Second, See my photos below-can't get operation note from first surgeon to know exactly what he did (any ideas) as you think was done based on photos? Thank you so much

I would go speak to your original surgeon. Rhinoplasty recovery is quite extensive and many things can change. It is not uncommon for swelling to be asymmetric. Sometimes a steroid injection can help.

It is possible to shorten the vertical length of the nose, called deprojection. In your situation deprojection without changing the tip angle should be done to a natural look

After you're completely healed from your rhinoplasty, if you're still dissatisfied, revision rhinoplasty may be considered for the projecting your nasal profile appearance. You do not appear to have an over rotated nasal tip appearance. And that regard I would not recommend techniques to lower...

Based on your photos, your nose is still a bit long. There are limits as to how far a deprojection can be done, but you should be able to make your nose smaller still. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty expert that can do computer imaging at the same time.

In my office we would easily do all of these together in one setting with the possible excpetion of the BBL. One anesthetic and one setting.
