Hi, I have two questions...first one is the surgeon that I am considering is a member of the ASPS, and Board Certified in Mexico (that is where the surgeon is from) Can he be a member of the ASPS with his Mexican board certification? Second, See my photos below-can't get operation note from first surgeon to know exactly what he did (any ideas) as you think was done based on photos? Thank you so much
