Is it normal to have this indent in nostril after septorhinoplasty? It's getting more prominent as I heal (Photos)

I would go speak to your original surgeon. Rhinoplasty recovery is quite extensive and many things can change. It is not uncommon for swelling to be asymmetric. Sometimes a steroid injection can help.

I reviewed your photos along with the photograph with your cast on and the red arrow. Unfortunately, I do not see an indentation in that area of your nose. I'm sorry I could not be here for the help. Sincerely, Dr Joseph
