Is it normal to have this indent in nostril after septorhinoplasty? It's getting more prominent as I heal (Photos)

I noticed this weird slant right after surgery which I told my surgeon the same day and it's been getting more prominent the more I'm healing is this normal or does this look like swelling? Or is my septum still deviated?
