Based on your photos, your nose is still a bit long. There are limits as to how far a deprojection can be done, but you should be able to make your nose smaller still. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty expert that can do computer imaging at the same time.

In my office we would easily do all of these together in one setting with the possible excpetion of the BBL. One anesthetic and one setting.

The best way to address this would be with a rhinoplasty. I would recommend seeing an American Board of Plastic Surgery certified plastic surgeon with experience in rhinoplasty.
