Is it possible for my nose to be deprojected and for the tip to be dropped? (Photos)

I had a primary rhinoplasty where I had a dorsal hump and droopy tip, my surgeon fixed that but left my nose looking too long and pointy, is there a way to fix that? Also when I smile you can see my nostrils and I feel like it looks like a pig nose as well.

After you're completely healed from your rhinoplasty, if you're still dissatisfied, revision rhinoplasty may be considered for the projecting your nasal profile appearance. You do not appear to have an over rotated nasal tip appearance. And that regard I would not recommend techniques to lower your nasal tip. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr Joseph
