Multiple surgeries at once, good idea or no, and what order?

Hi, planning multiple surgeries this year but unsure of the order. For facial, considering vy lip plasty on both upper & lower, revision rhinoplasty for slight asymmetry on front pov & a chin implant. If not recommended together, can skip the chin implant. For body, breast lift/reduction with auto augmentation, 360 lipo, possibly a bbl depending on lipo results. Wondering about timing, originally thought 2 wks but unsure now. Can both body& facial be done at once & what order?
