Can my columella be corrected with dermal filler or will I need a second revision rhinoplasty? (photos)

Question

I have had 2 rhinoplasties. After revision I am still not happy, and it looks like the doctor took too much columella to use it as a graft. Now I ended up with no columella and my nose looks so odd. Could it be corrected with filler or is it too risky? Or could a 2nd revision be possible to correct the nostrils and the columella? I am okay with the overall size now it is just the issues mentioned above bother me. Thank you for your advice in advance.

Not all fillers are created equal, and temporary gel fillers may be associated with problems when used in an operated nose. Since the size of a Silikon 1000 molecule is smaller than a red blood cell, we have had no problems using it in the nose for over 25 years. That said, when it comes to correct Đặng a retracted columella, our experience with this product is very subtle. An examination would be necessary to determine your candidacy.
