It’s very difficult to successfully graft fat in an area that has been previously over treated with Liposuction. Only Malamount of fat can be grafted enough of that a small percentage will survive.
In order for grafted fat to survive it has to be surrounded by abundance of host tissue. Without post tissue graft in bed becomes necrotic and disappear or becomes hard nodules of scar tissue or oil cysts.
The transition of your hips could be improved. In my opinion the transition points I’ve treated to and treated is to Hyatt and then Liposuction should continue down towards where the hip dips are. Did not leave you with an S curve and this could be improved with further liposuction.
Delivering consistent quality Liposuction and the fat transfer results is more difficult than most people believe.
Secondary and tertiary procedures are far more difficult than primary surgery.
