Female, 26, 158lbs this fold on my back happened to me after lipo, what can i do to fix this??? is it even fixable or is it permanent?

First off, please take a deep breath, it is highly unlikely to be permanent, and it is absolutely fixable. At 26 years old, your skin still has excellent natural elasticity and collagen remodeling potential, which works heavily in your favor.
The back is one of the trickiest areas for liposuction because the skin is naturally thick, and it is a zone that constantly twists, bends, and creases whenever you sit or move.

Sorry for the over aggressive liposuction. I see as only treatment is surgical excision of the skin fold. After 3 months healing placing a decorative tattoo.
