Thank you for yor question! I don't believe there are any studies to definitively prove it, but I can't imagine MDMA (XTC) having any effect on the outcome of lip filler injected 5 days prior. On the other hand, you may still have some swelling and bruising from the filler injection, which you should consider with regard to your scheduling, if it will get in the way of your enjoying the party. Best of luck!
