The nurse did tell me to not consume alcohol 24 hours after, I have abided to her advice. But I will be going out tonight and might have a possibility of consuming MDMA. Would MDMA affect fillers in any way?

Thank you for your question. It is difficult to tell what this is from your photo. However, if this is the Tyndall effect (when filler is placed superficially) it can be dissolved with hyaluronidase. I recommend having a follow up with your injector for an evaluation. Best of Luck!
If you can infection, it's not the filler material that gave it to you. It's the technique and the fact that lip mucosa cannot be completely sterilized. You should listen to the doctors who examined you. You should consider dissolving any remaining filler material before getting injected again.
