Long standing deviated noses present a challenge to correct. Your answer will depend upon the details of your examination which may include- X-rays and a CT-scan of the nose.Also, thorough evaluation and discussion of your goals will determine the best course of action.

The only simple solution would be temporary and that would be to inject a safe cosmetic filler like restylane to the concave left side of your bridge which would give the illusion of being straighter but may need to be done every 18-24 mths. Otherwise surgery would require a full septorhinoplasty with bracing spreader grafts and mobilising the bones. re-setting is not a viable option once things have healed

 A rhinoplasty procedure for the crooked nose is a difficult endeavor, so choose your surgeon very wisely based on extensive experience with the procedure. To straighten a crooked nose requires osteotomies placed in the nasal bones, and a cartilaginous spreader graft placed underneath the concave/crooked upper lateral cartilage in the mid-portion of the nose. It can only really be straightened through a rhinoplasty procedure.The cost for such a procedure varies from surgeon to surgeon. Many times breaking the nose is done during Rhinoplasty surgery.  Breaking the nose should be done by an experienced board certified plastic surgeon to avoid complications in the future.
