I feel like it only needs to be re set. Can't it just be broken and re set?
Answer: How much would it cost to straighten my nose? Does it have to be done via rhinoplasty? Isn't there something simpler? Long standing deviated noses present a challenge to correct. Answer: Crooked nose The only simple solution would be temporary and that would be to inject a safe cosmetic filler like restylane to the concave left side of your bridge which would give the illusion of being straighter but may need to be done every 18-24 mths. Otherwise surgery would require a full septorhinoplasty with bracing spreader grafts and mobilising the bones. re-setting is not a viable option once things have healed
