I had a septorhinoplasty 10 days ago. Splint and stitches were removed. I still have occasional bloody nasal drainage. It's just a drop every few hours and it doesn't looks like fresh blood either. It's dark red abd thick. Is that still normal after 10 days?

Swelling over the cartilage differs from swelling over the more rigid bone after rhinoplasty. If the fullness is due to the swelling it will resolve with time. Usually around month 6 you get a good idea of how things will settle though final results are determined at 1 year.
