My teeth don't show up when I smile after my Rhinoplasty. Any suggestions?

The muscles of the upper lip can be stretched or disrupted during rhinoplasty.  Also, swelling at the base of the nose can push down on the lip. These issues generally resolve over time--normally after a few weeks to months.  If you are still experiencing problems after another couple months, you should address your concerns with your surgeon.
