After many years of researching and debating whether or not I should get a Neograft procedure, I decided to visit Dr. Heil's office for a consultation and to get more information. Then after the consultation I decided to schedule my procedure. I never had a surgery or procedure like this before so I didn't know what to expect. However, I couldn't have been more satisfied with the experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating during the entire procedure and it was way easier than expected. I felt at ease during the entire procedure which was totally painless. The procedure lasted the whole day with the extraction during the first part and the implantation of the donor hairs in the second part with a lunch break in between. There was literally no down time as I was back to work on Monday. It has now been about 3 months since my procedure and I'm seeing the little hairs start to grow in, in spots where there was no more hair growth. I can't wait to see the final results within a year.

After losing over 100lbs in a year, I was left with a significant amount of sagging skin. The first two things that I wanted to address were my arms and my breasts.

Over a period of a month and a half, I consulted with various plastic surgeons. During my last consult, I met with Dr. Heil and his team and immediately felt like he was "the one". Dr. Heil is such a great guy. He sat with me and answered all of my questions, and spoke to me like I was an actual person. He never rushed me and always made me feel at ease. His bedside manner is top notch.

After we discussed my case, I then met with Sandy, who broke down pricing and explained everything to me in plain English. I felt so confident in Dr. Heil's abilities that I booked surgery with him before I left his office that day. He was able to fit me in a couple months after my consultation.

I am now a little over 2 weeks post-op and I couldn't be happier. Dr. Heil changed my life! Being overweight all of my adulthood, I always hated my body, and more so after losing a massive amount of weight, which left me looking like my skin was melting. I was constantly hiding behind layers of clothing because I felt so insecure. I now have a sense of self-confidence and I am so pleased with my results thus far!

I also want to give a shout out to Carey, Tyler, and Drea, Dr. Heil's physician assistants, as well as my surgical team. Every time I go to the office, everyone treats me like a friend - they're all so welcoming, which really helps put you at ease. I honestly wouldn't want to work with anyone else. These people are the absolute best at what they do!

If you're on the fence, book a consultation with Dr. Heil. He and his staff are remarkable and his work speaks for itself. I cannot recommend him enough - I'm so happy to have had the privilege of working with him be plan to irk with him again for the rest of my procedures. He is a true master of his craft.

I trust Dr. Heil & his staff completely. Everyone in his office is friendly and professional, and Dr. Heil does amazing work! He answered all of my questions thoroughly and was honest about procedures he felt would not truly benefit me. He performed a breast reduction on me in 2019, and I am excited to return to him for my upcoming facial procedure. I highly recommend his office.

Everything from the consult to the surgery and post-surgery follow-up visits, has been smooth and so far excellent. Im recovering much better from my tummy tuck than I had expected and feel so much better than I did when I recovered from my C-sections. My tummy looks good and after only two-ish weeks I don’t feel pain and can move around well. I’d recommend Dr. Heil and his staff to anyone wanting a thorough process of consult, surgery/procedure, and healing. I especially loved the surgical team! Those ladies rock!!

I have had a few hiccups with my mommy makeover. No fault of Dr Heils! But he and Zack both always listen to my concerns and run through my options for revising. Everyone is so kind at south hills and Wexford.

Dr. Heil and his team are absolutely phenomenal! I went into the office feeling scared and alone. First I met the PA Zakery and he addressed my concerns and answered all my questions and put things in a positive and informative light so I wasn't as terrified anymore. The doctor himself was quiet but willing to answer questions, I didn't have many at the time. Next I met Sandy who went over the procedure and costs. She waited patiently as I cried in the office from being overwhelmed and helped me get the answers/numbers I needed for my pre-surgical tests and questions.

On the day of my surgery, my husband couldn't come back and see me before my procedure due to work. But the nurses took care of me and helped me calm my surgical anxieties. One nurse held my hand and talked to me as the anesthesia kicked in and was so sweet in my after care(I will update my review with her name). 

My husband came back to see me after my surgery, saw my drains and passed out at the surgical suite requiring 7 staples! So not only did they have to take care of me but they stabilized him, and did his staples until we could get him checked out at the hospital. 

If you have a question after your surgery or are worried they answer you nearly immediately even during the holidays! I can't say enough about this amazing doctor and his incredible staff!

I tried Botox for the first time for forehead lines. I wish I would've done it sooner! I had it done June 24. I am now a little over 3 months and it still looks good. 

I can tell it has worn off and will probably need to have it redone next month. I am very happy the results. 

My husband didn't think I needed but after I had it done he couldn't stop saying how nice it looked. They were running a special for $150 off 2 sites or more.

I just had my second round I only had 2
Spots done. I will probably do my eyes next time but I didn’t want to spend that much. I will post pics. My forehead still is not has bad as before.

Here is 6 days after.

I gained a lot of weight with both of my pregnancies. Even though I lost it all immediately following, the loose crepey skin has always bothered me for several years. I have spent my entire adult life being a mother and taking care of everyone else so now it's finally my turn and I couldn't be more happy!!! I'm 38 years old, 5' 7", and 120 lbs. My babies are 18 and almost 17 and I'm ready to focus on me.

Here are some pictures, 2 days post op. I am actually pretty surprised in how thin my scar is. I was sooo afraid that my scar would be really big. I am obviously still very swollen but. .. cant wait to see my results!

I cannot even begin to tell you how excited I am about my scar so far. I was really afraid it was going to be big and thick and ugly but he did such a great job it looks very thin. After I'm fully healed I will begin skin rejuvenation on the scar to help reduce any redness or pink tints, and just diminish the look if it

Feeling better everyday. I still have weakness in my abdominal muscles, which is to be expected, but I can move around pretty good. My swelling is slowly going down and I am fitting back into my clothes. Its tough because none of my clothes are forgiving, so it's hard feeling so big and trying to find something to wear... luckily it's still warm out and I can wear loose fitting dresses. I'm already back to ther gym, but def not over doing it.

I had my surgery on Thursday (nose job). I was so scared going in but the whole team was so sweet and made me as comfortable as possible. I have minimal pain so far and will be getting stitches taken out on Tuesday. So far I already love the shape of my new nose even though I'm pretty swollen. Will update with pics when ready.

I got the ARTAS procedure by Dr. Heil and his team last week. I had a great experience from start to finish. My consultation was 1.5 hours long with both Zak and Dr. Heil. I was pretty nervous and had a lot of questions so I really appreciated the length of the consultation.

The procedure is a daylong procedure. Dr. Heil's team performs most of the work throughout the day, and they were great. They were super nice and attentive, consistently checking-in to ensure you're comfortable.

Only being a week out from the procedure, the new hair hasn't begun to grow yet but, based on my experience with this team, I'm confident I will over the coming months.
