What kind of surgery for round and undefined nose bridge and tip? (Photo)

Hello My nose has a round tip and the bridge isn't really defined. what kind of surgery is appropriate for this specific condition and what is the procedure if i just wanted a pointier tip and a slimmer bridge ? I also need to mention that i have a deviated septum which is probably affecting the appearance of my nose. How much does a nose job cost?

The cost of a nose job is directly related to the amount of time it takes to perform the procedure in  an operating room, the amount of time under anesthesia monitored by a physician anesthesiologist, and the surgeons professional fee for performing the rhinoplasty and septoplasty along with all the postoperative followup appointments. The nasal tip can be refined along with narrowing of the bridge line. A septoplasty can be performed to improve air flow through the nose.
