Will taping nose after rhinoplasty change its shape?

Will taping my nose after rhinoplasty change its shape or have any effect its final shape? Can the tape change the shape of the bone or cartilage? I am three weeks out from rhinoplasty and I am concerned about a small bump on my bridge. Would taping this area help? Also, would taping my nose change the cartilage in my tip? Thank you so much!

Your "wish" images would require moving your ala superiorly and this would create obvious, permanent scars.  I have not heard of this being done, so this should make you reconsider this.
