Does the laser lipo have any effect on fertility, the uterus/womb/ovaries? I'm 32 want to have the laser lipo on my mid section.

Laser liposuction involves the use of a subcutaneous laser during liposuction; the laser heats up the fat and skin in the area  mainly in order to aid in tightening.  The heat created remains in that tissue and has no effect on any other portion of the body.  There should be no impact on fertility in the near or long term.  Rarely, if a large amount of fat is removed there can be some menstrual irregularities for a month or 2 due to hormonal changes which is temporary.

Sasch, thank you for your question.  In laser liposuction, the laser is passed beneath the skin to help break down the fat and connective tissue allowing for more efficient and more effective removal of subcutaneous adipose deposits.  It is also debated whether the laser contributes to tightening of the skin.  Know that the laser is limited to the subcutaneous space and does not go through the muscles to affect internal organs or the reproductive system.  There is no evidence to suggest any impact on fertility.  Best of luck, and I hope you will consider a formal consultation for treatment.
