Liposuction should be the last thing you attempt to find“deals” on. Sadly, there are many doctors out there that – even though theyoffer liposuction procedures – are not certified, or simply do not have theskills necessary to carry out the procedure. As a result, if you do try andtake advantage of these deals, you may find yourself with terrible results, oreven put yourself at risk of injury and death. Remember; if it seems too goodto be true, it probably is!
This is not something that I think would do well for what you are looking for. I avoid all deals and go to an expert for any body contouring procedure. Best, Dr. Emer.

Different modes of liposuction work for different surgeons. In my practice, I combine laser and power assisted liposuction because I feel that the results are superior in regard to smoothness of contour, less puckering, and decrease in skin laxity. I have had no issues with postop...
Thanks for the photo! Due to the moderate excess skin and loss of elasticity in the upper abdominal area, it appears that you would have likely gotten better results with a mini tummy tuck. I would consult your surgeon to explore more options to remediate this "buckling effect".
