Question about stretch marks on the belly and ultra sonic cavitation. Any suggestions?

Ive had 2 children. I have been working out and eating healthly. Looking to get laser lip or ultrasonic cavitation to help with the baby belly. I do have a lot of stretch marks on my stomach however im more cornered with losing belly fat than the stretch marks. will i be able to lose the fat and somewhat tighten my belly with working out and lipo laser.

Liposuction is a surgical procedure that is planned and is discussed in detail prior to the procedure.  The technique isnt as important as the doctor performing the procedure so go to an expert.  I find that ultrasound gives much more skin tightening and allows me to transfer fat also...
