I understand your concern and I am sorry to hear about what you are experiencing. However, it is difficult to assess your incision site with mere pictures. It is best that you visit a board certified plastic surgeon to have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

Allergic reactions to either the surgical tape or adhesives such as benzoin are not uncommon. Fortunately, most resolve fairly quickly after removal of the offending material. The medrol dose pack should help fairly quickly, however if immediate improvement is required, use of flourinated steroid cream, such as Elocon , can bring immediate relief.

Ouch15. Sorry you are having this problem, however I have seen this before and it appears that you are having an allergic reaction to the sports bra or detergent used to wash it. Throw it away! It sounds like your plastic surgeon is right on top of things and the Medrol dose pack should start working soon and relieve your symptoms. Hang in there, as you should start feeling better quickly. Looks like an allergic reaction as it is limited to the incision area.  Try hydrocortisone and take the dose pack.  It should resolve within a day or two after starting the steroids.
