I am almost 5 weeks PO. I was doing pushback massages to help my right breast drop and heard a “pop” sound , there was no pain until next day. Ever since there has been a good deal of pain in that spot (shown with red arrow) My PS office is not local, they advised it was muscle fibers left over that detached and would need time to heal. I have a sharp pain in that spot when touched and if I move a certain way with no relief in 4 days. Normal?
