So ..... had my initial consultation without any pictures to reference and we stopped with 500cc. It was hard to visualize what I’d look like with just the sizers. But in between then and now I have been looking at a lot of different types of breast’s and I’ve dreamed of this day since middle school (having boobs not particularly breast implants) and I don’t want to regret going safe and being unhappy . It’s an expensive decision so I’d like to make it once .

You can continue to snowboard after you’ve recovered from your breast augmentation. Just make sure to wear a good supportive sports bra. By 6 months, it should be fine to start snowboarding again. However, to make sure it’s always best to ask your surgeon.
Thank you for asking about your breast surgery recovery. You are still in an early phase of recovery and you need to take instructions only from your own surgeon - for you safety. Although you probably can take melatonin, get permission from your own surgeon! Hope this helps. Best wishes....
