Cobra neck 14 months deep plane face & neck lift? (Photos)

I am 14 months post op deep plane face/neck lift. I have had glands shaved, Platysmal bands done and fat transfer. Do I have a cobra neck? Why would I have this result? What is needed for correction? I had no healing problems. I am so upset by my results which my surgeon is aware of but says I have had improvement. My face was not terrible before surgery. Thank you for any replies and advice given.

You have a nice hyoid location and no significant fat to remove. You can see when you press up the skin touches the hyoid and you have a nice cervicomental angle. It doesn't need to be a deep plane necessarily but the platysma muscle will need to be tightened.
