Choking after face and neck lift - platysmaplasty. What can I do about this?

I face and neck lift and platymasty over 1 year ago. I have horrible strangling in my neck and pulling on my jawline and behind my ears. The dr said he used dissolvable stitches but feel they have not dissolved. Can someone please recommend a surgeon on NY to help me. This has been a nightmare. I have tried, Botox, steroids, red light, hyperbaric chamber, PT, medical massage and nothing he’ll. I have also tried nerve and muscle medication. I would appreciate your help.
