Question

Breast implant surgery (317cc high profile silicone implants) in 2014. developed double bubble deformity afterwards but kept implants. I breastfed 2021-2023. Implant revision and lift April 2024 using slimed Ref# 20637-360MD. Doctor removed old implant and repaired fold in surgery 1. Then added implant in surgery 2. Then repositioned and lifted breast in surgery 3. Now right breast rides higher, areolas are asymmetric, scar around areola are hypertrophic. Is last (aspirational) photo possible?

Thank you for your question. I have been in practice almost 30 years and revisionary breast surgery is a large portion of my practice.  You should be able to have an excellent result with an art fully performed pocket reposition, reaugmentation to a larger ultra high-profile silicone implant, and revision of your mastopexy-lift. You have a capsule on the higher side which can be released to let the implant settle down. You could go some larger, but I would suggest not the size of your wish photo since your inferior pockets have been previously repaired. You don't want to bottom out with an implant that is too heavy for your tissue to support.
