I had a breast lift with implant 6 months ago, 250cc(r) 200cc(L). I feel like my nipple positioning is too high as it sticks out from any bras i wear. Do i need a revision? I really wish i could go bigger too is this impossible? Also with a revision do surgeons reuse the old implants? Should i be wearing underwire bras would this help bottoming out? Also if this is bottoming out and i left it as it is and just had my nipples repositioned is that an option?

I would avoid creating a parallel incision because it could compromise the blood supply to the skin between the two incisions. A peri-areolar incision would work well for you.
