By examining your photos, it looks like you have an excess fat problem. Not really an excess skin problem. Because of that and your age, you seem to be a good candidate for liposuction with fat transfer. The hourglass figure is often achieved by moving fat from one body part to another. In this case, you could get liposuction of your abdomen, flanks, and back. You can also possibly do liposuction of your arms, neck, and some from your thighs. The fat can then be transferred from your hips and buttocks. By reducing some areas and projecting others, I think you'd be very happy with your results.

Lipo would be a good option for you to improve your contour. You appear to have good skin tone so there shouldn't be too much concern regarding excess skin afterwards.

However is important to note that the patient must be in good health and have realistic expectation about the outcome of the procedure. If you are interested in an hourglass figure, you will need VASER Hi Def Liposuction 360 with possible fat grafting to the buttocks/hips. These are advanced techniques and anyone who will promise you awake surgery with microcannula technique will fail you and not deliver up to your expectations. This surgery cannot be determined from these photos in which you are mostly covered up in clothing.

This involves the abdomen, flanks, back, and it can also involve the inner thighs. To enhance an hourglass figure this is frequently combined with a BBL where the fat is transferred to your buttock.
