I am a 47-year-old female. I am active and run and exercise. I am petite and wear a size 0/2. I have terrible sagging loose skin and wrinkled knees well as cellulite. I have tried every diet and exercise known to man. I have been researching Ultherspy, Thermage CP and Thermitight. Also tumescent lipo. Any suggestions? My sister had smart lipo and it just made her legs worse. Thank you. I am desperate but do not want to spend the money for little or no results

Answer: Improving loose saggy skin on legs/thighs -- thigh lifting, sculptra, thermiRF, Vanquish, Venus Legacy, Exilis Ultra This is loose skin that needs thigh lifting for best improvement. However, if you are okay with some improvement which will need long term maintenance we use use sculptra to improve wrinkles and fraxel to improve texture and tone. However, as regular maintenance you should be doing radiofrequency devices like venus legacy, exilis, vanquish treatments and/or ultherapy. Profound can improve texture and tighten the skin. There is nothing that will lift the area or make a dramatic change except for surgery +/- liposuction at same time. Please see an expert for a consultation. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: Thermitight, Ultherapy, Thermage CP for knee wrinkling and sagging? (photos) I can tell you that the ThermiTight does work quite well for wrinkles just above the knees as well as other areas. This is a radio frequency wave instrument that very accurately monitors the skin temperature just beneath the dermis and the surface of the skin. A certain temperature is necessary to tighten the skin and accuracy is imperative. There is minimal recovery time involved.Thank you for your question and photos.
