I am having Vollure XC to reduce my Bertie smokers lines. I am not having a lip enhancement, just the vertical lines. How long should I expect the swelling to be noticeable? Thank you!

You can definitely try juvederm three or four. The results should be similar to Restylane but in some patients it maylast longer and in others it may actually last less time.

Thank you for your question! Not necessary and perhaps not advisable. Topical numbing cream is usually sufficient although an occasional patient will need perioral nerve blocks or even nitrous oxide gas. Best of luck!
