I had the privilege of having Dr. David Alfonso perform my tummy tuck with AI lipo at the Bengtson Center, and I can’t express enough how incredible the entire experience was. From my very first consultation, Dr. Alfonso’s calm and assuring demeanor put me at ease. He took the time to explain everything in detail, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with the entire process. His confidence and expertise were immediately apparent, and I knew I was in great hands.

The surgery itself was a seamless experience, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. I returned to Dr. Alfonso several years after successful breast augmentation for an abdominoplasty, labiaplasty, and submental LipoAI. After just seven weeks I am already thrilled with my results! I was treated with respect, dignity, and compassion during each stage of the pre-op, surgery, and post-op process by every single person I met. The decision for an abdominoplasty with muscle repair was easy; the discussion regarding a labiaplasty was incredibly difficult for me but Dr. Alfonso and his staff were so kind and compassionate that they made the uncomfortable conversation and exam feel "normal". Dr. Alfonso took the time to explain each surgery and recovery in a way that was easy to understand and not overwhelming. My recovery was exactly as he described; I think the use of an interoperative pain block during surgery made a huge difference in my recovery, I only had two uncomfortable days after the pain block wore off. Not only is Dr. Alfonso a skilled surgeon, but he has chosen staff who are the best in their field and so genuine. I am also grateful to the clinical staff for answering questions via email. Knowing I could send a quick email they would answer when they had a minute vs. making a phone call and disrupting someone's day made me more inclined to ask questions rather than turning to Google. If you are considering surgery I highly recommend a consultation with Dr. Alfonso.

I am just over 4 weeks post op from my breast aug and lift. From my consultation to now I have been nothing but pleased and appreciative of the service, professionalism and bedside manor of not only Dr Bengtson but of his entire staff. At my consult, I was immediately put at ease with the welcoming office and staff. They have a beautiful new facility and every detail was taken into consideration. You can see Dr Bengtson's awards and accolades all over the walls which also makes you feel confident as soon as you walk in. Dr Bengtson himself spent quite a lot of time talking through the process and answered my questions before I even had a chance to inquire (and I had a lot). He was exceptionally thorough and his attention to detail is impeccable. The day of the surgery went very smoothly and my assigned nurse were great. I felt very comfortable every step of the way including meeting with my anesthesiologist and Dr B again before I went in. Post surgery I had very minimal discomfort and only took a few of my heavy meds the first couple days. I am healing very well and have great mobility and have returned to exercising. Through the 4 weeks of recovery, I've called the nurse line several times and they also have been so patient and helpful with any question, big or small I have. I would recommend the Bengtson Center and Dr B to anyone, I couldn't be happier!

I felt pampered and cared for from the moment I arrived. Staff and the Doctors are both professional and caring and very good at explaining procedures and making recommendations for your desired look.

Where do I start…from my initial inquiry, to my post op, the staff has been so amazing and sweet. We had issues with my boyfriends leave administrator getting paperwork in on time, and Jillian was so nice and answered pretty quick every single time and got the paperwork done asap. The nurses who checked me in and prepped me in the OR were so nice and comforting (sorry I can’t remember everyone’s names) and eased my worry, and the anesthesiologist was awesome keeping me calm, I was a little nervous.
Dr. Alfonso did my abdominalplasty, breast lift, breast augmentation and lipo; I am 1 week post op and even though there is a huge amount of swelling, I am so incredibly happy with my results so far. Recovery was minimal pain/discomfort without drains. He listened to my desires of what I wanted and made sure I was aware of real expectations and made me feel so comfortable handling my areas I am most insecure about. I will edit my review as needed and add photos when I am more healed.

After having breast implants for 24 years, I thought I was developing bii, so I had my implants removed via capsulectomy. It had left me extremely scarred, concave, and miserable. And after having them out for 2 years felt NO different than I did when I had implants. It took me quite a while of research to find just the right surgeon for the job of getting implants put back in. I read Dr Bengtson’s reviews and credentials and knew he had to be the one. I had NO idea just how skilled, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional he was. First of all the pain of my first implant surgery, as well as the removal made me somewhat hesitant to get them back in. I’m only on day 2 of having them, but haven’t taken ANY pain meds! I feel as though I had a harder chest workout day. Also, everything he does leading up to the procedure is getting your body prepared for the surgery. I was sent supplements in the mail that I took before and also some to take after. I did what he said and drank lots of water and ate very clean up to the surgery. So far they look amazing and I couldn’t be happier! I also want to comment on the friendliness of staff and nurses. I could write a book about reasons why you need to pick the Bengtson Center if you’re considering any cosmetic procedures!

I had my mommy makeover on 1/18 with Dr. Bengston. TT, MR, periareolar BL, 445 silicone implants, and lipo to abs/flanks. Immediately after surgery I was in the worst pain of my life. The pain put me to tears up until about 2dpo. I did question why I did this to myself because it was excruciating. Around day 3, things slowly became more bearable. Now 5 dpo and I'm doing so much better. I can almost stand completely straight up. I'm moving around well and am not as tired as I was a few days ago. I do have to take breaks often but I can tell I'm going to love the final results. I'm so happy so far. I cried when my husband showed me my pic after surgery.. it made all the pain worth it. I couldn't believe it was me. The swelling is going to suck, but I knew that going into this. Still staying on top of my pain meds and listening to my body. Can't wait until I'm cleared to workout and start scar treatment. WORTH EVERY PENNY.

What an exceptional experience. From consultation to post-op Dr. Alfonso and the team made me feel so comfortable. My facelift (and eye lift too!) was just over two weeks ago and the results are amazing. Recovery has been pain free. I look and feel years younger. Dr. Alfonso is truly talented. Although I am still early in my healing, I am so grateful for the phenomenal talent and compassion of Dr. Alfonso & his team. I originally didn’t plan on having this procedure, but after meeting with Dr. Alfonso, along with a subsequent conversation to address concerns- I was confident in my choice. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient & kind. I especially appreciated his honest opinion, delivered in a way where I felt no pressure.
