One implant seems higher than the other one. How can this be fixed? (Photo)

Thank you for your question. It appears that the right breast has slightly bottomed out, or dropped, more than the left breast. This has caused the right nipple to appear higher than the left. It can be very difficult to substantially lower a nipple. Your options are to revise the right side, which would likely require a horizontal incision. Or you could slightly raise the left nipple with a periareolar lift. Good luck.
