I have my breasts done two years ago. This is how they look now. My nipples were ALWAYS symmetrical. And now. They look nice but its also not nice and embarrassing. I had a hematoma in the breast with the nipple thats lower. The doctor fixed it with surgery. And ever since then. They look like this
