Is one of my breasts bottoming out? (Photo)

Question

I had tubular breasts, my right breast is larger than my left, however my left breast has a more tubular shape. November 2021 I got my surgery to correct my tubular breasts. I had 375cc in my left breast and 350cc in my right breast. I had a donut incision, dual plane technique and use HP round implants. I noticed that my left breast dropped much faster and lower. I wanted to know if my left breast has buttoned out, there is also no definition to my breasts or cleavage post-op.

In your pre-operative photographs, I do not believe you had tuberous breasts. Your breasts were widely separated. Unfortunately, the donut incision did not create more medial displacement of your breasts. At this time, your breasts are wider than your chest wall. You will need smaller implants and the areolas will need to be moved more medially.

Breast asymmetry is very common both preop and even postoperatively.  Different size implants are necessary at times for helping symmetry with volume, but they have different dimensions.

Right after surgery the breasts are swollen and takes time usually 6 months for the swelling to subside.

For moderate to severe bottoming out, surgery revision with mesh is an option but for modest bottoming out would not rush to the OR.

Thanks for series of before and after posted photos... I see minor asymmetries that can be improved on. But best to discuss with your initial chosen surgeon. I think the very slight  drop is acceptable but maybe superficial inferior fat grafting to slightly higher side could improve the appearances. Expect fees in the $5,000 ranges.
