How to fix nerve issue in under eye? (Photo)

I have genetic dark circles and volume loss under my eyes. I also smoke but an trying to quit. I'm 31 years old, 5.5ft, 130lbs and have normal skin. I got a lower blepharoplasty in march 2022, there's overall improvement, but my left under eye had more volume loss I also feel a nerve or something was damaged because I feel a constant very light weight or ache under my eye. The ache isn't always there, but the weight is. My right is eye completely fine. How can I fix this? I hate feeling it.
