Why are you eyes still red/purple two years after upper/lower blepharoplasty? (Photo)

It's been two years since I had Blepharoplasty, my eyes are both red/purple. I have to use concealer every day to cover them. I'm so annoyed. I hate the way my eyes turn out. What can I do to fix this?

At least from the photos, it appears that the crepiness on the sides of the eyes (crow's feet wrinkles) and the under-eye area are related to smiling and are not present at rest. If so, then a few microdroplets of Botox to the sides of the eyes and underneath can help to diminish these. If the...
