Fillers are used as a method for a non-surgical nose job. Theoretically, if I were to buy a dermapen, and use it to stimulate collagen to camouflage the dorsal hump, would I be able to achieve the same or similar results over time?

Answer: A dermapen would not lead to dorsal hump camouflaging.
If you have very thin skin, it is conceivable that any filler could show the color of red blood when light is shined. If the overall contour of your nose is improved, consider a bit of makeup. I hope this is helpful for you. Sincerely, Dr Joseph
We have camouflaged many dorsal bumps in people who have had previous rhinoplasty surgery. The key is to ensure that the bump is not too large. Please consider re-asking a question with photographs. I hope this is helpful. Sincerely, Dr Joseph
In our practice, we specialize in the use of microdroplet Silikon-1000 for permanent non-surgical nose job treatments. We have had excellent success utilizing it to camouflage or to augment a previously placed silicone sheet. I hope this is helpful. Sincerely, Dr Joseph
