Yes this can be achieved to provide an upward turn to the tip of the nose. Please seek an experienced surgeon to inject this area as it is an advanced treatment.
Deductible fillers may create an illusion of tip rotation, however, this would be completely temporary. If you are looking to permanently lift the tip of your nose, and repair your hanging columella for less nostril show, please consider meeting with several reputable rhinoplasty specialists who offer computer Imaging so you could understand what to expect. I hope this helps. Sincerely, Dr Joseph
I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to go over your desired results. Facial fillers (voluma, restylane, juvederm) and Botox can be used to improve the symmetry of the nose and lift the tip. Surgery would be needed to improve nostrils or overall shape. See an expert. Hi jessb_,Fillers can absolutely be used to shape and form the nose. They can be used to change the overall shape of the nose and give it the appearance of being either more or less rotated (up-turned). The best part about them is that they are also dissolvable if necessary rather than being permanent. Just make sure you go to someone with a significant amount of experience using fillers in the nose.Best,Dr. Paquet
I disagree with the other posters. fillers will not keep you nose from dipping when you smile, nor can you get the definition that you have illustrated. What you have done in the wish image is take away from the existing nose. Fillers only add.
Hi and thank you for the inquiry. Based on your image, you are a good candidate for a non surgical rhinoplasty procedure with dermal fillers to help create a lifted appearance to the tip of your nose. When you are exploring the options of facial procedures, make sure that you also explore the right type of cosmetic doctor to perform your procedure. Clear communication with your practitioner is your best tool in getting the appropriate procedure that's suited to the goals you're looking to achieve.See attached link for more information.

The only restriction, after a non-surgical nose job, is to avoid putting pressure or glasses on the area treated for 2 weeks. We believe that the filler will become completely immobilized two weeks after your treatment. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr Joseph
Based on your photos, and what you desire, please consider meeting with several reputable rhinoplasty specialists who offer computer Imaging, so you could see what might be best for you moving forward. My concern is that adding volume to your nose in the form of fillers may lead to a wider and...
The bifidity that is seen is due to thin nasal skin, and a natural cleft that occurs in between somebody's right and left nasal cartilages. In your particular situation, however, your nasal tip appears to be crooked. If you are looking to achieve a straighter nasal tip appearance, rhinoplasty...
Based on your up close photos, you appear to have thin nasal skin, along with a bifid nasal tip appearance, and nostril retraction at the soft tissue triangles on both sides. I believe you are seeing this because you were born with thin nasal skin. Depending on your examination, microdroplet...
Based on your photos, you appear to have a pleasing nasal appearance, and an appropriate nose lip angle. In general, fillers do not move the nasal tip down towards the upper lip. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr Joseph
