Non surgical nose job or tip definition surgery or full African American rhinoplasty? (Photo)

Question

I always felt my nose didn't fit my face and have been obsessed with a slimmer more buttoned type nose. The older I've gotten the more I've grown to accept my nose but I still think a smaller cute version of my nose would best fit me and make me so happy. I do love my face and ethnic features so I don't want my nose to look unnatural. What I don't like about my nose is my wide bulbous tip. What I would like to change is primarily the tip definition. What would be best for my desired outcome?

I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to go over your desired results. Facial fillers (voluma, restylane, juvederm) along with Botox can be used to improve the symmetry of the nose and lift the tip. Surgery would be needed to improve nostrils or overall shape. Based on your photos, and what you desire, please consider meeting with several reputable rhinoplasty specialists who offer computer Imaging, so you could see what might be best for you moving forward. Non-surgical rhinoplasty is limited in the results that you can achieve.  If you would like to change the shape or reduce the size of your nose, a surgical rhinoplasty would be the best option.  I recommend seeing a board certified facial plastic surgeon that specializes in rhinoplasty to go over your options.

It appears that you are looking for a smaller, more defined nasal tip. I would consider a rhinoplasty instead. You can surgically reduce the size of your cartilage and better define your tip. That would work better than filler for your nose. Good luck

I would consider tip rhinoplasty if you are bothered by a bulbous tip. The cartilage can be reduced in size and reshaped to a more narrow architecture. The result is lasting and beautiful. Fillers are temporary and may not be able to create the definition you desire. Rather, fillers may create unwanted width and volume. Best of luck!
