My nose has a crease coming up the columella in a vertical line and my nostrils appear triangular and a ridge dips in where the nostrils connect to the nasal tip. I'm really insecure about my nose and I hope to get it fixed but I'm just wondering if there is anything else I can do besides rhinoplasty

Answer: Permanent non-surgical nose job treatments for a nasal tip cleft.
Based on your photos, you appear to have a pleasing nasal appearance, and an appropriate nose lip angle. In general, fillers do not move the nasal tip down towards the upper lip. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr Joseph
As long as you are not looking to improve your nasal breathing, from a cosmetic standpoint, microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections may be considered for filling in the indentation along the left lower side wall of your nose, so you may achieve a straighter nasal appearance. I hope this helps!...
Since that is the case, you may wish to re-ask your question with photographs, or consider meeting with several reputable rhinoplasty specialists so you could see what might be best for you moving forward. I hope this helps. Sincerely, Dr Joseph
